A strategic sector for PH Facility is the complex field of technological maintenance services in industrial automation plants, ranging from postal and parcel handling to large automated wharehouses, pharmaceutical automation and food processing. The innovation brought by PH facility to the industrial automation market consists in having shifted the company’s focus from machines to men, increasing their in-depth technical training to the point of transforming them into a true ‘diagnostician’ capable of detecting anomalies quickly and effectively, optimising resolution times. PH facility has invested, and unceasingly continues to do so, in the most modern training and tools in order to make each technical operator autonomous but internally connected to the company’s neural system that supports them for any need and purpose, all aimed at the customer satisfaction.

We provide a comprehensive service for the management, maintenance and running of industrial plants throughout Italy, including islands. Our highly professional staff is available to intervene on request through various channels. We provide our proprietary technologies and experts for training sessions at the customer’s site, along with training on workplace safety and the use of specific equipment. We manage the shipping and inventory of spare parts with dedicated hubs and provide a Help Desk service to assist our customers. In addition, we offer assembly, disassembly and retrofit services for plants in Italy and abroad, as well as a continuous on-site technical supervision service during production peaks.

FROM ASSEMBLY TO PRESIDIO: COMPLETE MANAGEMENT OF THE SYSTEMS

The Automation division of PH facility is divided into two complementary and synergic areas: Installation and Maintenance.

The Installation area deals with operational and technical support for the assembly of complex plants and systems, both in Italy and abroad, also supporting the customer with industrial engineering services to guarantee tailor-made solutions that are perfectly integrated into production contexts.

The Maintenance section, active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offers scheduled and corrective maintenance services, with rapid response times (call out within 4 hours), continuous technical support, dedicated Help Desk and an efficient logistics network for the management of spare parts through our specialized Hubs.

TRAINING, SPARE PARTS MANAGEMENT, PROTECTION AND ASSISTANCE FOR EVERY PHASE OF THE PLANT CYCLE

Help Desk
PH facility provides a top-notch Italian/English telephone Help Desk support service, available 24/7/365, in order to allow Customers to report any anomalies and/or malfunctions encountered with automated plants/systems installed in Italy and abroad, complete with check lists, intervention tickets, and respective support request analysis reports.

Training
PH facility makes its technical staff available for training sessions (in order to prepare for scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance, and installation activities), with technicians from strategic areas for the Customer.

Spare parts Hub
PH facility provides Customers with  hubs located throughout Italy for the management of spare parts and consumables (supplied by the Customer), in order to have them available 24/7/365. This service helps reduce corrective action times, as the on-call technician intervenes directly with the spare part needed to resolve the machine/plant malfunction.

Production support service
PH facility makes its technicians available for production support activities directly at its Customers’ work centres during production peaks.

Technical support service
PH facility makes its technicians available directly on the Customer’s premises in order to provide technical support during the Customer’s plant testing and start-up phases, both in Italy and abroad.
