The relationship between PH facility and Hitachi Rail STS is the result of twenty-five years of experience built on reliability, adaptability, and strategic vision. It all began in 1992, when the now Japanese-owned facilities were known as Breda Costruzioni Ferroviarie. Since then, through changes in structure and reorganizations, PH facility has remained a constant presence. We have continued to offer essential facility management services, demonstrating our ability to accommodate change without ever sacrificing effectiveness and quality.
A CONSTANT PRESENCE DURING INDUSTRIAL CHANGES

Over the years, the facilities have undergone several transformations: Ansaldo Breda in 2002, then Hitachi Rail STS in 2016. At every stage, PH facility has ensured operational continuity through integrated service management, even during times of significant organizational change on the part of the client. Furthermore, our support has gone well beyond standard activities. We have handled internal logistics, environmental hygiene, international spare parts storage, and the production phases for train set-ups, service, routine and extraordinary maintenance activities, and the management and maintenance of the entire equipment fleet on the Hitachi Rail STS construction sites at Trenitalia's maintenance depots.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT AND EVOLUTIONARY APPROACH

Thanks to our experience, we were able to adapt our management models to meet changing needs. We wrote performance specifications, modernized systems and equipment, and, most importantly, trained and professionalized the human resources involved in the production processes. For this reason, each new owner could count on a service that was already well-established, yet always ready to adapt.
