PH facility provides its electromechanical technical resources for support activities for the installation of plants and systems, operating with the same effectiveness both in Italy and abroad. We offer a complete industrial engineering service, capable of managing all phases of installation: from design based on technical drawings to monitoring of progress. Our skills include: Design: 3D modeling and 2D tables, F.E.M. structural analysis, concurrent engineering, testing on prototype phases, design of production and testing equipment. Industrialization: definition of production processes (times, methods, work cycles), management of bills of materials and technical changes, issuing of PFC/PRC, design and implementation of production lines, technical layouts and training of resources. An integrated, structured and result-oriented approach, to guarantee reliability and operational continuity even in the most complex industrial contexts.

PH facility operates in highly complex contexts, offering advanced technical solutions in the industrial (intralogistics, postal handling, automated warehouses, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage), airport and railway sectors. 

To support these activities, the company employs over 400 specialized technicians active in Italy, France and Switzerland, with consolidated skills in electronics, electrical, mechanical and software management. 

All staff have the necessary qualifications to operate safely, including third-category PPE, use of lifting platforms, PES, PAV, PEI certifications and forklift operation. 

PH facility also uses a large fleet of vehicles and CE certified equipment, which ensure maximum efficiency and compliance in every phase of the intervention.
