The management of ILVA steelworks sludge has always been a critical issue, made even more complex by years of administration and the strict oversight of the relevant authorities. In a stalemate, where market solutions offered no real sustainable alternatives, PH facility stepped in with a radically different proposal, tailor-made to meet the client's specific needs.
A SUPPLY CHAIN DEDICATED TO COMPLETE RECOVERY
PH Facility has overcome the limitations of the conventional market by offering an integrated model for recovering steelworks sludge and blast furnace dust. We have built a select network of operators, partnered with specific treatment plants, and managed every phase: from material analysis to transfer logistics, all the way to its reintroduction into the raw materials cycle. This traceable and certified supply chain has transformed problematic waste into a reusable resource.

Through this advanced ILVA steelworks sludge management strategy, the client reactivated significant handling flows, redesigning its waste disposal process.
