PH facility makes its electromechanical and technical resources available for scheduled and corrective maintenance of automated plants and/or systems both in Italy and abroad. All our services are customised based on the Customer’s needs. Scheduled maintenance PH facility’s technical resources are available for scheduled maintenance activities, following the Customer’s maintenance plans and the schedules set for their plants and/or systems, both in Italy and abroad. Corrective maintenance PH facility’s technicians are on call 24/7/365 to carry out corrective maintenance activities on its Customers’ automated plants and/or systems. Thanks to our widespread presence throughout Italy, we are able to guarantee a maximum downtime of 4h, ensuring a high level service.

GLOBAL OPERATIONAL COVERAGE WITH FAST RESPONSE TIMES AND HIGH SERVICE STANDARDS

PH facility guarantees total operational coverage on the Italian territory, including the islands, thanks to a technical organization strategically distributed in all the main areas of the country. We guarantee interventions within 4 hours (minimum SLA), active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In Europe, we operate with a stable structure in France, with active service centers in Paris, Lyon, Limoges, Bordeaux and Toulouse.

At an international level, we are ready to intervene with installation and maintenance services in any country in the world, offering the same quality, reliability and expertise that distinguish each of our operations.

PH facility operates in highly complex contexts, offering advanced technical solutions in the industrial sectors (intralogistics, postal handling, automated warehouses, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage), airport and railway sectors.

To support these activities, the company employs over 400 specialized technicians active in Italy, France and Switzerland, with consolidated skills in electronics, electrical, mechanical and software management. 

All staff have the necessary qualifications to operate safely, including third-category PPE, use of lifting platforms, PES, PAV, PEI certifications and forklift operation.

PH facility also uses a large fleet of vehicles and CE certified equipment, which ensure maximum efficiency and compliance in every phase of the intervention.
