Poste Italiane represents an emblematic case study to evaluate the effectiveness of our industrial maintenance model applied on a large scale.
In collaboration with Leonardo Automation (formerly Selex ES), PH facility has implemented advanced technical management that integrates industrial know-how, service culture and continuous operational support.
The project involves 16 large Postal Sorting Centers distributed throughout Italy, guaranteeing 24/7 support and system availability exceeding 97%.
AN AGILE AND CONNECTED ORGANIZATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE
PH Facility has designed an operational architecture capable of responding rapidly to any need, thanks to the training of multitasking technicians and the creation of a corporate network that constantly connects all operational resources. This system enables timely problem resolution and efficient coordination between local and central operators. The mini-operational offices located near the postal centers support daily activities without burdening the management structure and overall costs.
SYSTEMIC APPROACH AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Our intervention is based on a business process reengineering approach, shared with Leonardo Automation and Poste Italiane. We redesigned technical and organizational flows, improving process efficiency and enhancing the quality of the service provided. This approach has allowed us to implement advanced and customized industrial maintenance, capable of evolving over time according to the client's needs and the operational challenges of the sector.
