DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
OF HEALTHCARE IN
CAMPANIA
PH facility, through its ICT division, is a key player in the digital transformation of healthcare in Campania, in collaboration with two key partners: Telecom Italia and Maticmind.
The project involves several regional healthcare facilities and is aimed at modernizing hospital services, improving user experience, and optimizing clinical and organizational processes.
Our technical and consulting contributions have a tangible impact on the digital innovation of the local healthcare system.
DIGITALE LÖSUNGEN FÜR KRANKENHAUSEMPFANG UND -KOMMUNIKATION
PH facility provided specialized consulting for the development of integrated digital solutions to support reception and orientation within healthcare facilities. Among the key interventions: digital signage systems, wayfinding solutions, intelligent information panels, and mobile apps to improve interaction between patients, doctors, and nurses. These technologies make the hospital experience clearer, more accessible, and more organized.
TELEMEDICINE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT
In a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, PH facility also offers technical and organizational support for telemedicine projects. This activity supports facilities in managing new technologies for remote monitoring and doctor-patient communication, facilitating access to services even outside the hospital setting. The goal is to build a more connected, effective, and sustainable healthcare model, in line with digital healthcare standards.
TECHNICAL DETAILS AND CERTIFICATIONS
The installed system includes approximately 40 automated lines totaling 2,500 meters of key components: motorized belt conveyors, carousels, high-capacity sorters, burglar-proof and fire-rated gates, as well as check-in desks with associated workstations. The project was completed in compliance with the CEI EN 61557 standard, obtaining certification for electrical safety in LV systems, guaranteeing high quality and safety standards.
